Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Bitmix Games for bitmix.games, Tetrapolis, and our other browser games. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who may use the service

You must be at least 13 to use online account features. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must review and accept these terms for you. A child under 13 may use Offline play only with a parent or guardian and must not use Google sign-in or submit a public player name.

The service

We give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the games for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. Some modes run entirely in your browser. Online modes can require Google sign-in, a public player name, a network connection, daily attempt limits, and acceptance of the rules shown in the game.

Accounts and public names

You are responsible for your Google account, browser, and activity under your session. Use a public name you have the right to use; do not impersonate anyone or include unlawful, abusive, or private information. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised account use.

Fair play

Do not cheat; automate play or submissions; exploit bugs; falsify scores; interfere with another player or the service; bypass limits or security; probe private interfaces; upload malicious code; scrape at harmful volume; or use the service unlawfully. We may reject results, remove public names or content, limit access, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect players, rankings, or the service.

Your submissions

You keep any rights you have in material you deliberately submit. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, reproduce, and display your public player name, game results, and shared game states only as needed to operate, secure, and promote the service. You confirm that your submissions do not violate another person’s rights.

Our rights

The games, software, artwork, names, and site content belong to Bitmix Games or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the licence above, these terms transfer no rights to you. Do not copy, sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service unless applicable law expressly permits it.

Beta service and availability

Games may be labelled beta and can contain defects. We may balance rules, reset seasons, reject corrupted or invalid results, change or discontinue features, or perform maintenance. Local or online progress may be lost. Keep any device data you cannot afford to lose outside the service where the game offers an export.

Third-party services

Google sign-in is optional and subject to Google’s own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, or account decisions.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or loss of data, progress, profits, or opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Ending use

You may stop using the service at any time, sign out, clear local data, and request account deletion by email. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach, legal requirement, security risk, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

Law, disputes, and changes

Applicable law and the courts with jurisdiction are determined by the laws that apply to Bitmix Games and to you; mandatory rights in your home country remain unchanged. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. We may update these terms for legal, security, or service changes. We will post the new date and give reasonable notice of material changes; continued use after they take effect means you accept them.
