Cookie Policy
Effective and last updated: 2 August 2026
Short version: We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Essential browser storage supports local gameplay and settings. Google sign-in stays off until you choose “Accept All”.
Cookies and local storage
A cookie is a small value a website asks your browser to send with later requests. Local and session storage keep values inside your browser and are not automatically sent with every request. This policy covers both, plus similar browser features such as Federated Credential Management.
What we use
- Privacy choice — local storage,
rgs.privacy-choice.v1: remembers “Use essential only” or “Accept All”. It remains until you change it or clear site data. This is essential for respecting your choice. - Game and interface storage — local or session storage: keeps Offline saves and leaderboards, tutorials, visual and control preferences, active-run recovery, safe retry queues, and tab coordination. Exact keys and duration vary by game. Data remains until the game removes it or you clear site data. Pending online requests may retry when connectivity returns. These values support features you request and are not used for advertising.
- Install-event queue — local storage,
rgs.app-installs.v1: keeps random event identifiers together with the game and install evidence so a failed report can retry and an anonymous report can be associated if you later sign in. An event is removed locally after the server confirms an account link, or when you clear site data. It is first-party measurement and is not used for advertising. - Account session — first-party cookie,
_JSK_UT: created only after successful sign-in, used to keep your online account secure, and expires no later than 30 days after it is created. It is HttpOnly, Secure in production, and SameSite=Strict. It is essential for the online service you request. - Google Identity Services — Google cookies, storage, or FedCM: used to show and complete Google sign-in. Google controls the particular values and duration. We do not load Google Identity Services until you choose “Accept All”.
Your choices
Use essential only keeps Google Identity Services disabled. You can use Tetrapolis Offline and other available local modes, but online, shared, and ranked modes are unavailable.
Accept All lets the browser load Google’s sign-in service. It does not sign you in automatically. If you then choose Google, Google’s service and our first-party account session are used to provide online features.
You can change the choice at any time through Cookie settings. Switching to essential only disables Google sign-in and signs this browser out of online features. You can also remove Bitmix Games from your Google Account.
Browser controls
Your browser can block or delete cookies and site data. Blocking essential storage can make preferences, Offline progress, recovery, or sign-in unavailable. Clearing site data also clears your saved privacy choice, so we will ask again.
